THE SESSION
Our contrast therapy includes two rounds that alternates between hot and cold exposure to promote various health benefits. The service typically involves spending 25-30 minutes in a 140-degree sauna (fire) followed by a plunge that lasts up to 5 minutes in 40-45-degree cold water
(ice).
